The Full Circle Community Farm Team
Employment
*We are fully staffed for the 2023 season, but we are still accepting Worker Shares. We’re looking for committed individuals who can come to the farm for roughly 5 hours each week to help with harvesting, washing, packing, and/or helping at our pickup sites in exchange for a veggie share. This is a great way to get to know us and, if it is a good fit, become an employee next time we have an opening. Email us at info@fullcircle.farm to express your interest in becoming a Worker Share.
We are a diversified organic farm outside of Seymour, WI, producing vegetables, beef, and pork. We are committed to being a safe and welcoming space for committed individuals to work and grow. The bulk of the help we need is in our 10 acre vegetable operation; planting, weeding, harvesting, washing and packing veggies for CSA, farmers market, and wholesale orders. We like to rotate individuals among tasks so that you get the full, diversified experience of our farm work.
Seasonal full and part-time positions generally run from May – October, with room to expand this time frame the longer you work with us. There are many opportunities for advancement, raises, and management positions with gained experience.
The success of our farm is directly tied to the efficiency of our team, so working quickly and efficiently with our bodies is something we will continuously be talking about and working to improve.
